New Home Warranty

Most new homes have a “settling in” phase and my require a little adjustment or refinement during the early days (or weeks or months). That’s why we have a warranty department! If your home needs a some extra TLC, that’s perfectly normal, and we’re here for that.

Our standard package includes:

  • One-year limited warranty on all workmanship and material defects in the home
  • Two-year mechanical coverage
  • Five-year building envelope coverage
  • Ten-year Structural Coverage

Emergencies

Emergency items involve problems that require immediate attention, and include water or natural gas leaks, problems with garage locks and doors, electrical problems, and problems with your heating system. For these items, you can call the supplier directly for fastest service. They can determine if the item is under warranty, and if so there will be no charge for the service.

Service Calls

We will schedule a couple visits during that first year to check on things, typically about two months after you move in, then again at the 11-month mark.

If something comes up that needs attention outside your regularly scheduled service calls, please send us a service request, and we’ll be in touch right away.
